Modern automobile has dozens compound electronic on-board devices. Increasingly, CAN bus is used for data exchange between devices. The purpose of MasterCAN products is integration of automobile CAN bus and elements of transport telematics systems. MasterCAN devices are intended to put the operation of telematics terminals with CAN input to a qualitatively new level and allow to:

  • safe data reading from CAN bus;
  • CAN bus organization with maximum needed dataset;
  • smart combining of several CAN buses;
  • signal reception of analog sensors, their digital conversion and transmitting to the CAN bus;
  • identification of the necessary information inside the CAN bus and its transmitting over interfaces that are available in telematic terminal (analog, RS-232, RS-485).

MasterCAN models selection

MasterCAN V-GATE is used to obtain vehicle operation parameters from CAN (SAE J1939/71) and J1708 (SAE J1587) buses, convert data, transmit FMS messages and generated special Telematic messages to CAN j1939/S6 Telematic interface, as well as to transmit messages to the RS-232 interface (ASCII/Modbus RTU/DUT-E COM). Suitable for any type of vehicles (trucks, buses, agricultural vehicles) that use J1708 and/or CAN busses.

MasterCAN C 232/485 is used in fleet telematics systems to obtain data on vehicle operation parameters from the standard CAN bus, convert FMS messages to RS-232 and RS-485 interfaces (ASCII/Modbus RTU/DUT-E COM). Suitable for any type of vehicle (trucks, buses, agricultural machinery) that uses CAN bus and data tracking devices with RS-232 or RS-485 input.

MasterCAN CC is used in fleet telematics systems to receive data on vehicle operation parameters from one or several standard CAN buses, transmit FMS messages and generated special telematic messages to the CAN j1939/S6 telematic interface. It is suitable for any type of vehicles (trucks, buses, agricultural machinery) where CAN is used.

MasterCAN Tool is CAN bus (SAE J1939) imitator-analyzer used to monitor, emulate, simulate, data analyze (PGN) vehicle CAN bus or CAN J1939/S6 telematics interface. This is a powerful hardware and software tool for professionals in the field of design and maintenance of on-board equipment and software for telematics systems.

MasterCAN DAC15 converts digital data (SPN) of vehicle CAN (J1939) bus into various types of analog signals as well as converts analog signals of vehicle sensors into digital parameters value (SPN) of CAN (J1939) bus and transfers data to logging devices having correspondent inputs.
