Purpose of use

Axle load sensor is designed for axle load and cargo weight monitoring through vehicle tracking systems. Axle load sensor can be connected to analog or CAN input of tracking device or using Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE).

With the help of axle load sensor, vehicle tracking system receive necessary information about location and time of loading and unloading the vehicle.

Users of the system receive information about changes in load on axle in the form of parameters or diagrams.

INSTALLATION

GNOM DDE pressure sensor

GNOM DDE is designed for vehicles with leaf spring suspension. Sensor can be installed in the diagnostic hole in the air supply line of vehicle’s air suspension circuit. Sensor measures the pressure of compressed air in pneumatic system of the vehicle and transmits data as an analog signal to telematics terminal. Pressure depends on the weight of the load.

GNOM DP position sensor

GNOM DP is designed for vehicles with leaf spring suspension. To install sensor lever system is used. The devices are fixed to the vehicle frame (chassis) and is connected to the rear axle with the set of leverages. Sensor measures the distance between the frame and the axle which depends on the weight of the load.
