International transport monitoring

Technoton solutions for real time fleet monitoring
Sectoral characteristics
International transport is one of the sectors that use technologies actively.
Operating costs of truck fleets influence company’s competitiveness directly.
Many companies already use GPS tracking technologies for nonstop vehicle position monitoring. Companies implement telematics systems for advanced fleet control and collecting and analyzing trucks performance information.
Advantages of the applied solutions
Fuel costs are the most important costs for transport companies. If fuel is used ineffectively or a driver drains (steals) fuel from a vehicle’s tank, the company’s expenses increase. Fuel telematics (or fuel control system) is used to keep an eye on tanks and fuel lines.
As a result, transport companies benefit from receiving detailed information on traffic, productivity and fuel efficiency. Received information can be further analyzed and used to improve fuel efficiency and costs reduction, which minimizes the misuse of fuel.
Required equipment
Can be integrated into GPS tracking systems
DUT-E fuel level sensor
DUT-E fuel level sensor shows the exact amount of fuel in the tank, monitors fuel consumption and detects fuel theft.
- Information about fuel level
- Fuel theft detection (from the tank)
- Fuelling and draining monitoring
- Measurement of indirect consumption

DFM fuel flow meter
DFM fuel flow meter allows to monitor real consumption, calculate fuel costs, monitor hours of operation and detect fuel theft.
- Real fuel consumption measurement
- Fuel theft detection (from the fuel line)
- Monitoring of engine load and operating time
- Engine diagnostics

GNOM axle load sensor
GNOM provides weight control of cargo, prevents overloading of the vehicle, can be used on special equipment. Allows truck fleet owners to obtain complete information about loading operations.
- Actual load weight monitoring
- Detecting of hidden load
- Preventing fines for overloading

Crocodile contactless reader
CAN / 1708Crocodile reads fuel volume in tank, fuel consumption and operating hours from the bus. The data flow is constant and does not interrupt the integrity of electronic systems.
- Contactless secure connection with the CAN/J1708 bus.
- Data collection from standard vehicle sensors: fuel consumption, fuel level, operation time and etc. (see the specifications of J1939 and J1708).

MasterCAN vehicle data interface
MasterCAN vehicle data interface measures fuel volume in tank using standard sensors (CANbus and 1708bus).
- Safe acquisition of signals from Crocodile contactless reader.
- Processing of all signals available from standard automotive sensors: fuel consumption, fuel level, operating time and others (see the specifications of J1939 and J1708).
- Can be used with a tracking device that does not have a CAN port.

OTHER FIELDS OF APPLICATION
Our equipment can be used on a wide range of vehicles – from trucks and buses to heavy machinery and stationary objects
